The instructors for this workshop will be,
Grace Amirault
In this fast-paced world of juggling family and work, and where technologies are seldom turned off, the ability to settle our minds and bodies is increasingly difficult. Grace Amirault, a mixed media artist with Path Adventures, offers individuals opportunities to connect with their body, mind and spirit through mindfulness creative expression that help them look inward. Grace has completed several art journaling courses specifically courses with Lisa Sonora, Visual Journal Studio and Hali Karla, Creative Practice Way.
Susan Winship
Susan is an amateur journaler who started because she wanted to record her family events. She journals to keep records for other family members and anyone else interested.
Gert Sweeney
Gert is an amateur journaler.
Grace, Susan and Gert are looking forward to hosting this workshop for anyone interested in journaling.
