About the Event
Monthly Historical Society Meeting on Friday, April 4 at 7:30pm
with presentation by Patti Durkee and Joe Bishara
Focusing on exhibits being developed at the Harbourfront Museum in the Killam Brothers building on Water Street. The first exhibits focus on the Jewish and Lebanese families who came to Yarmouth at the turn of the 19th century, their early years, how they supported each other and went on to support the community that became their new home. They offer a hopeful lesson to our world today.
